The extended warranty guarantees repair or replacement, and includes express shipment of a replacement appliance even before the product is returned. While e-mail support is always free, the extended support also includes phone and conference-style support, installation and deployment assistance.

Payment
Choose payment method. Please note that we sell our products via partners and resellers, not directly. Therefore, the actual process of delivery and debiting may be handled by a preferred certified partner of ours.
If you choose card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or Paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal in the next step (when pressing Confirm purchase). Otherwise, we will contact you as soon as possible, in order to complete the purchase.
Delivery
Hardware appliances are typically delivered within three business days, by one of our partners.When signed in, these fields are automatically populated with the information on your contact page. If you change these automatically populated values, they will be used as deliver address, and your profile's contact information as payment address.
Sales tax will be added for companies based in Sweden, or the European Union if no valid VAT number is provided.
